☆「インフルエンザ」
インフルエンザは、冬〜春先にかけてみられる病気で、A型、B型、Ｃ型の３つのタイプがあります。2009年には、豚由来の新型インフルエンザの流行がありました。

急に発病し潜伏期間が1〜３日と短いのが特徴です。
症状は、突然の発熱、強い咳、鼻水、のどの痛み、腹痛、吐く、下痢、全身がだるくなる、食欲がなくなる、頭痛、手足の筋肉痛、腰痛などです。過剰な心配をしてパニックにならない事が重要です。落ち着いて、落ち着いて対応します。

自宅で熱が出たときの注意点は、かぜの高熱の場合と基本的には変わりません。
子どもの様子を観察する。一番大切なことです。水分をよく取らせる：塩分と糖分の入った水分がいいです、
具体的には母乳・ミルク・イオン飲料水・スープ・おみそ汁など。食欲はなくてあたりまえくらいに考えて無理強いせず、もし食べれるなら子どもの好きなもので消化の良いものを与えます。
休む：家でのんびり、ごろごろ。
保温：暑がれば薄着、寒がれば厚着。大人のように厚着をして汗を出す方法は、熱がこもってしまうため子どもには不向きです。

☆皮膚の赤み・ブツブツ・アトピー・湿疹の検査について
明らかに食べてひどくなったという場合を除いて、ブツブツが出ただけですぐ食事が悪い、アレルギーの血液検査が必要と言う訳ではありません。落ち着いて対応します。

食べこぼしやヨダレが皮膚につくだけでも、皮膚は赤くなります。アレルギーではなくても皮膚にブツブツができます。

また、乳幼児は腸の機能がまだ未熟。 飲んだり食べたりした物が、十分に消化・分解されずに腸から直接吸収されてします。 その結果、アレルギーではなくても皮膚にブツブツができる場合もあります。 だんだん消化管の働きが成熟していくと、いつのまにかできなくなります。

この時期の皮膚のブツブツを見て、ただちに"アレルギーだ"とか"アトピーだ"とか診断できない場合も多くあります。診断は慎重に行います。 心配しずぎないで慎重に様子を見る事もお勧めしています。

アレルギーの原因検査は意外に難しい。 血液アレルギー検査は疑陽性・疑陰性が多いから誤った判定の場合があります。あくまで補助的検査。 食物負荷検査が確定的検査。本当に心配な子どもは専門病院を紹介しています。入院して検査の場合もあります。

安易に食事を制限するのはやめましょう。成長や発達に問題をおこす場合があるから。

特定の食物を食べて明らかに悪くなったというケースを別にして、少しずつ食べながら経過を見ていきます。

困ったら、もう一度小児科医に声をかけてください。１人で考え込まないで。

☆"かぜ"のお話し
以下は、日本呼吸器学会(呼吸器専門医師の学会)の治療指針「かぜの常識」を参考にしました♪♪♪♪
〈１〉かぜの多く(８０％以上)はウイルスでおこりますよ。ウイルス性かぜなら抗生剤は効かないですよ。だから対症療法が基本ですよ。
〈２〉かぜ薬はかぜを根本的に治す薬ではありませんよ。
〈３〉だから、家でゆっくり休んだり水分補給に注意しながら、子どもの様子をよく見ている事が一番の薬ですよ。
〈４〉症状の持続や悪化がみられる時は、再び診察に受診して下さいね。
〈５〉抗生剤の乱用に注意しましょうね。
抗生剤がきかない耐性菌を生み出す事があるから。
〈６〉解熱剤は使ってもいいけど使いすぎに注意しましょうね。
比較的元気なら解熱剤を使わなくてもいいですよ。あくまで、解熱剤は一時しのぎだから。
〈７〉予防には手洗い、うがいが大切ですよ。

☆「こどもの心のケア」

術後、念のため、一日だけ仕事を休んだのですが、二日後は仕事に３日目の夜、熱が出て痛みもあったのですが、ボルタレン座薬を使い、４日目も仕事に、かなりの痛みに熱の繰り返しでした。午後からは仕事にならなく、休み休みでした　夜になりボルタレンがなくなるので、病院に電話をして、子宮にたまっている出血をとってもらい　痛み止めの点滴をうってもらいました。このあと、薬では効かないということで、抗生物質の点滴を受けることになりました。
その間も子宮に溜まっている出血をとりのぞく治療もしてもらいました。

I got some dental fillings for cavities 4-5 months ago. I think I felt them right after the operation but within maybe a couple of days I didn't feel anything, and I don't think I feel any difference now. I also periodically get pain where one of the fillings were – I'd feel some pain for a few days and then it disappears for a month or so.
